Tired of the same old horror movies. Recommendations? lol
Tonight will be filled with Halloween, Friday The 13th, and more Halloween.

I'm looking for some more unique movies along the lines of Jacob's Ladder or Beyond The Black Rainbow? :)

The Series "From" is quite a good watch.
People end up in a town and cannot leave and its got supernatural weirdness / creature demons things.

NAturally for films I will say Army of Darkness Directors Cut.

The Lady in White
A good ghost story not a horror but many people not seen it.

Probably one of my favourite films is
In The Mouth of Madness.
Actually yes find that film and watch it.

Watch Noroi - the curse (2005) and Terrified (2017), those were the last movies who made me feel some sort of unease after watching them.

500 Days of Summer
Species 2
Watch horror movies from other countries if you don't mind reading subtitles. For instance, this one is from my country https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/when_evil_lurks. It is available on Netflix.
'Black Christmas'...:-)
The faculty
For a family orientated Halloween film
Hocus Pocus
Surprisingly good, it seems to have grown in popularity over the years.
Three witches are let loose on a modern town.

The LEgend of Sleepy Hollow
Two versions I liked was Jeff Goldblum version - may not be too all tastes.
Johnny Depp Version which is pretty damn good has Christopher Walken as 'the ghost'.
Might be scary for younger viewers.

Not for family entertainment
Coppola's : Bram Stoker's Dracula starring Gary Oldman.

Zany Musical Sci fi?
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
R point is probably my favorite horror movie and it really messes with you the entire time. :cuphead:

When a young girl’s sketchbook falls into a strange pond, her drawings come to life - unpredictable, chaotic, and dangerously real. As the town unravels, she and her brother must track down the creatures before they leave permanent damage. Their father, racing to find them through the fallout, must navigate a town in crisis to reunite his family and stop the disaster they never meant to unleash.
I wrote some of those down. Thank you.

My two cents? House Of The Devil
