i didn't know what they were called in english at first, but now i've found it. they're called angel wings. i think my grandma baked them. not sure though, it might have been my mother. don't know if they count as cookies either but they're definitely closer than dumplings. anyway those ones were good.

in all likelihood they do. most of the recipes i've seen involve *some* amount of sugar, but i'm sure the cookie companies can pull off some cunning stunts to get around that.

You can get diabetes friendly cookies, and no gluten cookies, vegan cookies, cookies for pets. Cookies for everyone
