I realized that I can do anything I want if it's "not harming anyone"
Because I fear no one and who are they to judge me as a human.

You have to define what constitutes harm. Then further define by what metric is "valid harm" defined. An amusing mental labyrinth to watch the modern mega-meme'd memer descend into. To reject this is to be immediately enslaved, as I can just lay out what cuases me mental distress and they would be compelled to move within whatever narrow channels remain.

Whom is accusing you of haming them?
You gotta cook it thoroughly before serving.
(because typo was fixed)

Also negligence is one of the most harmful things you can choose to 'not' do to someone else who needs help.

Apply extreme intrapsychic violence.

I only define anything that cause harm physically and mentally "as objective".
A foolish person harms others without benefiting themselves, whereas communication with a wise person benefits everyone involved.

If I got attacked by anyone, I would poke his windpipe and eyes without hesitation.

A foolish person clamps off and severs the umbilical cord prior to the completyion of placental transfusion.

A wise person allows placental transfusion to complete, not severing the cord until all pulsations have ceased and it lays flat.

Mmm, no, I was just quoting the book by the Italian economist and historian Carlo Cipolla, "The basic laws of human stupidity".

Law 1: Everyone always and inevitably underestimates the number of stupid people in circulation

Law 2: The probability that a person is stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.

Law 3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or group of people when he or she does not benefit and may even suffer losses.

Law 4: Non-stupid people always underestimate the destructive power of stupid individuals. In particular, non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places, and under any circumstances, to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.

Law 5: A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

Well that's odd considering physical and mental harm do not have an objective metric as they are elements of experience, which exists entirely in the subjective.
Not like a bomb though :(

correct, bombs will hurt anyone and anything that gets caught in the blast. don't be a bomb! feel free to be the bomb though. as long as you don't blow up!
The idea that you can do anything you want as long as it doesn't harm anyone is known as the Harm Principle, famously articulated by philosopher John Stuart Mill. This principle suggests that individual liberty is paramount, but it is not unlimited and should be restricted only to prevent harm to others. While this is a cornerstone of liberalism, the application can be complex, as defining harm and determining what actions truly affect no one else can be challenging.
