why do i try to delay exercising everyday?
and how to stop delaying and simply do it?

Because you've not given duration to your behavior yet. You've not turned it into a habit. Just do it on a regular schedule. Maybe get some weights so you can exercise at home. If you stick to it, it will become habit. In the end, the point is having fun. It helps when you don't see it as a chore but as a hobby.
