Imo the south should go nuclear. Can not trust the US to not use one of their 1 thousand bombs on us without having some of our own. Plus it would discourage further hostilities

No, I state that because it is fact. The US is not even in a state of war, there's no belligerent state to declare war against, you can't have a war crime without a war.

At best/worst you can call these extrajudicial killings, but even then non-citizens do not have any legal protections so that isn't really accurate.

It's just strikes against threats to the nation at the end of the day. And you know, 4000 kills Obama puts Trump to shame in that regard.
