they're bots, a lot of profiles have the same issue. Mine included. Most have a dodgy link in the pfp or somewhere else

I just saw it and those profiles are pretty much all the same. Scammers usually add you first to send suspicious links, so leaving a comment like that out of nowhere feels quite strange imo

Lots of game or VAC banned accounts end up being sold in the black market where scammers and spammers buy them in droves to push their shady business.

just a way for them to remain undetected for longer, the link is usually in the pfp or hidden within the username so its less likely to be flagged automatically as sus links like it would if they were just spamming the link about, i guess the goal is people will click the profile to see who it is and therefore see the link

They're bots. Just set your profile comment section to friends only.
