These things are only immoral in human standards and reasoning.
God transcends everything we understand.
I think that's what angers people most about God. His existence suggests they don't understand the fabric of the world they inhabit. That they aren't privy to the entire truth behind everything that is, or was, or will be.
That concept bruises their ego.

The common hypothesis in the Christian community is that the majority of atheists actually do believe- they just hate God for holding them to a higher standard than they hold themselves. (they just want to Sin with no reproach or questioning)
