Why don't non-European nations adopt multiculturalism?

We're told that diversity is a strength right? If that's true then Israel should accept the Palestinians and let them have Gaza. Israel should also drop the blood requirement for citizenship and open it's borders to the world. Africans should embrace the Boers and quit trying to genocide them.

Israel is a client state, meant to disrupt the region.

There are other non-European countries that have multiple cultures.

In the future it is inevitable they will adopt multiculturalism as people migrate away from Europe again.
It won't be very significant though because European culture is not generally lots of children type of setup.
So any migration and multiculturalism brought will be insignificant.
