Just a reminder
If you feel something is off or certain symptoms persist and increase over time.

Get yourself checked by a Doctor.
Things that might feel like a slight discomfort could be a ticking time bomb.
Even when the symptoms are not present all the time.
If it's reoccurring it's worthwhile to figure out what it exactly is.
It could be harmless but if it's not rather be early then too late.

GLYCATION is a ticking time bomb! A blood test can help identify your condition.


Glycation is the non-enzymatic reaction where sugars bind to proteins and lipids, creating harmful Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs)



AVOID: ultra processed foods, added sugars & refined sugars, seed oils (canola, vegetable), refined grains, starches (modified food starch, maltodextrin), synth additives, etc..

Don't sit inactive for prolonged periods, especially after eating carbs/sugars/starches/grains.

Get sufficient physical activity, and adequate Sunlight.
