I want to work as a support staff member at Steam. How can I apply?

You can go to Valve's website and click the "Jobs" link. There is also a link there that is it's "people" and it will give a quick background on many employees and their education, skill set and experience. It can be an interesting read.

Not all mods are bad, there are alot of good ones, and they do a good job, but the easiest way, move to India, become a citizen.
