if people vote for it then yes, but we all know that Putin is trying to put the USSR back together, but as a Russian empire and not just as a federation of equal partners, even if the people of the former soviet states don't want any of it.

Lithuania grew quite large, even before the commonwealth (that was not ruled by Poland btw)
But the point I am trying to put across, is that the OP is making an invalid suggestions without any logic or sense to it.
