idk, maybe because of what I eat during the day and that it takes a little while to process into energy.
I have a somewhat fast metabolism so I'm a mostly lean-meat popsicle.
Though my usual bedtime (for several years) is between 1AM and 3AM, not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
I never mentioned diet. No reason you couldn't grab a bit before bed.
Now that's an excuse I haven't heard before.
Mornings issue stems with the region waking up so car traffic and after an hour sometimes less sometimes a bit more it starts to get hot to the point where it becomes unpleasant to workout.
Daytime to much going on, cars, noise, high temp unless it's winter time, ...
For swimming it may be unpleasant for those that prefer water slightly below 0, besides that anytime of the day, it should feel fine and even pleasant.
I don't get munchies post workout, i do get thirsty. So as long as it isn't before a meal no munchies for me.
