Yes, I self reflect a lot. Because I caused a lot of pain to those around me in the past and getting past that. Is a reflective responsibility of my own actions. Accountably for what I did, is the worse pain but worth the pain

Self reflection is human, it hurts but it's better to hurt because at least you have the self awareness to realize what you've done was wrong and are able to grow from it

If you felt justified with every action since your conception, that'd imply that you're perfect; nobody is perfect
Healthy self-reflection begins when you ask yourself questions like: “What can I learn from this situation?” “What can I do differently to avoid making the same mistake again?”

Destructive self-reflection traps you in a cycle of negative thoughts without offering solutions. It leads to overthinking, which creates a mental loop that only makes you feel worse, drains your motivation, and can result in depression.

This
realising one isn't the "star" of the show in the universe is quite sobering imho.

took me far too long to realise im barely an NPC in the scheme of things.

but! thats absolutely fine and most of us are just bumbling through life. Try to enjoy it, its way too short.

Be excellent to eachother.
