It runs whatever I ask of it to run and hasn't given me many problems that can't be fixed by a simple fan patch

I still use windows bc my pc is powerfull enough to keep up with all the bloat and i right now i wont switch bc im not in the mood to learn 5D Chess. I will just wait until SteamOS will be available on desktop pc's as a regular OS.

The programs I use are not compatible with Linux

I've tried to leave and failed already. We're not there yet.

Windows is easy to use for people who aren't computer literate.

linux went from 0% to almost 5%

thats millions of steam decks

Windows just works. Jumping through hoops to get things to run for the sake of a 5% performance increase is not a worthwhile tradeoff for me. And I don't care about the spyware in windows because everything is spyware now.
