Putin and India’s Modi HOLD HANDS at ‘anti-Nato’ summit
The pair were seen giggling and smiling at one another as they met up with Chinese despot Xi Jinping for crunch talks in Tianjin.

The pair entered the summit literally hand-in-hand with Modi appearing to lead the ageing dictator across the room.

At one point, Putin grabbed hold of Modi's arm as he was guided over to a waiting Xi.

Is this a sign that Putin is unwell?

not making a statement, just thought it was interesting. first i'd heard of this about Indian culture was from an Internet Historian episode with Sumito who said that's what they did growing up there.

The whole world is in trouble if Russia becomes fragmented and destabilised.

No socialist fraternal kiss?
When is the wedding date?

Honestly it is not a unusual gesture, and you can see many foreign leaders doing it in that region after negotiations.
