To check you can go into Steam, top bar Help --> Steam Support --> My Account --> Data Related to your steam account --> External Funds Used.
I have spent $688.91 as of today

Won't let me check. I'm signed in on my mobile but when I go to view external funds it's asking me to sign in and I shouldn't have to sign in since I'm already signed into the mobile app.

Yeah I experienced the same thing which is why i went into the Steam App since originally I was doing it in the browser and it still asked me to log in even tho I was already logged in. I think Valve just wants an extra layer of security?

Yea this is the steam app I never sign in on my browser.
