I wonder what Trump's plan is.

This is propping up a failed educational system. There are so many over-educated and under-employed Millennials that younger generations have realized most college degrees are a scam. Millennials are the most highly educated generation of Americans in history yet our wages are lower than Boomers when they were our age. We have the lowest rate of home ownership compared to any other generation at our age. We got the degree, are willing to put in the work, but business owners don't want to reward us with the same pay that boomers got.

So less people are going to college, and that's a problem because colleges today have much more overhead than they did the past. They hire more highly paid administrators than ever before, and have offices full of people in management positions who expect sky high pay to push papers around and do basically nothing except look and act important.

How do they afford to pay this parasite class of administrators when the plebs are refusing to be fleeced and exploited?

Ah. Here come the immigrants to save our rich masters.
