Ohhh, you're Euro/Aussie. You don't understand how law-enforcement works in the good ole US of A. Ok, I understand now. It probably looks a whole lot different to you than overseas. In the US, cops have personalities, and will flex on criminals, because, well, they deserve it. So, if rights have been violated, might as well violate those lefts, too.
