Could be "The Land Before Time" could as well be some random Warner Bros cartoon, could be some of the Disney's like "Robin Hood".

yeah i remember IGPX, i also remember that hot wheels cartoon where they had death races. the latter is on youtube, i believe.

I don't remember which was my first cartoon but the first one that I remember particularly fondly, more than others, was Kimagure Orange Road, or to be more precise a randomly censored and altered version of Kimagure Orange Road but I grew up loving it for what it was back then and I don't hate that version even if the censorship and alterations were pointless, random and stupid. The dubbing was fine at least.
