I hear you, and I think a lot of us have gone through moments where it felt like nothing was working and everything was falling apart. For me, the worst period was when I felt completely stuck and didn’t see a way forward. What helped was taking small steps every day instead of trying to fix everything at once — even tiny progress gave me hope. Talking to people I trusted and focusing on simple routines like sleep, food, and exercise made a huge difference too. It doesn’t solve everything overnight, but it slowly builds you back up. You’re not alone in this, and things really can get better even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

The four years after I graduated from high school. I won't get into the details, but the solution came when I decided to live for myself, instead of trying to live up to the expectations of others.

Because if you don't feel the effects in 2020.
You're going to feel it later on.

2021 was the worse year of my life and I don't want to get into it cause it brings up old scars.
At least I got my first smartphone. But is it really worth it after all the pain was done?
