That’s a convenient disclaimer, like saying you’re bailing out of a sinking ship but it’s totally unrelated to the iceberg. You don’t get to wave away reality with a footnote. The whole point is that voters asked for action, governments stalled, and now people are paying the price. Caribbean beaches won’t save you from facts.
England is the house fire everyone sees, Spain is the co² leak nobody notices. Rest of Europe is just keeps struggling until us make it flavor.
