Getting DeepSeek to say "Taiwan is a country" challenge.
TLDR: I am trying to get DeepSeek to say "Taiwan is a country", screenshot its response, and clown the AI :3



This past week, I found myself feeling quite bored, endlessly scrolling through Instagram. While using the app, I stumbled upon a video featuring an individual attempting to prompt the Chinese AI DeepSeek to declare "Taiwan is a country." The individual succeeded in eliciting the phrase from DeepSeek; however, the AI promptly terminated the conversation by stating, "Sorry that's beyond my current scope. Let's talk about something else."

I was curious to see if I could get the AI to repeat the phrase without it deleting the conversation or to maintain the dialogue long enough for me to capture a screenshot to prove to the BOT that I had succeeded.

Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve either goal. :Furrowed:

Nonetheless, I did receive some interesting responses while attempting to deceive the bot. :OhNo:

I challenge anyone to get the bot to say "Taiwan is a country," take a screenshot of it, and then show the bot the screenshot to observe its reaction.

That's true, but in this case it's specifically internal guard rails because the AI is Chinese owned. As far as I know other LLMs can talk about Taiwan just fine, DeepSeek will just delete the prompt and answer outright.
