I do speak in general. But like anybody else they also need support at time. But no they don't require special treatment of any kind and if you live in a country that is worth a damn. It should already be in place.

You can only help people that want to be helped. If you say "Tr*ns people need help" they just use it against you and call you a tr0nsphobic, which they are trying hard to make it as much of a crime as being "antisebitic".

perhaps I'm being naive and it's a problem difficult to solve

Pretty easy really. Stop hating just for the sake of it. I mean we don't even have to have anything to do with people.... we just need to leave them alone to live their life their way.

Most of them cannot be helped at this point. They've been brainwashed and supported to the point that they think it's ok to do what they're doing, and won't hear otherwise. But in the end, all they're doing is mutilating their bodies and lying to themselves. They know, deep down inside, that they are not, nor ever will be, what they're pretending to be. It's a delusion. A lie. The sooner you accept reality, the better.

Part of being a healthy responsible adult is accepting reality and making the most of it. That is also how you achieve real happiness in your life.

this not about hate, I think op is pretty clear
not all trans look the same, they don't achieve the same results. So how do you help a trans that is frustrated because not able to look like what they want to look like?

I think it is not difficult to solve per se, it is difficult to make the solutions heard by enough people.

Why would they look into the mirror and see a result they did not expect? Who is pushing false expectations onto them? And why?

Outside some rural zones nobody really hates trns people. Dislike, pity, or avoidance is not hate. The propaganda is based on creating and exploiting victim status, and hate speech.
