because i kind of believe the theory that mods subtly enforce a "pro politics" stance, when it comes to these forums.

non political threads are heavily moderated and locked, political threads can last for hundreds of comments filled with veiled threats and insults and not be touched.

spam posts of pr campaigns have absolutely nothing with politics but exist only to train people to think what politics is. boring, unbearable, unreflective, disempowering, draining... all of these things is everything what politics shouldn't be and what it is not. if you don't want it to be that first of all.

there is no master plan or anyone behind the curtain. people are what they do and they do what they are. they become what they do by continuously doing it.

i understand, but these bots who mindlessly spam youtube links and spit propaganda are 99.9% irrelevant to me, because it is usually for countries like usa or countries of the uk, neither of which i live in. so even if they were not attempting to dissuade me from watching their crappy links, it would still not be relevant to my life.

and even if it were links spammed about my own country, i would still just ignore them because i deal with propaganda endlessly here anyway and have long since learned to tune it out.

There is an extensive link filter
we must click all the links
engage in all discussions
i find it funny that most ppl use YT and google as their main source of information
I sometimes wonder if they actually believe people watch any of the videos they link to.
