Self-driving cars are idiotic because the non-driver is still always liable for anything that happens.

They have been claiming for the last twenty years that self driving cars are only five years away.
So seems about right.

It's nonsense. All they need to do is install speed limiters in all cars activated by bluetooth/wifi control boxes installed on the roads. What is the frigging point of making available cars that can go loads faster than the maximum speed limit....
