adjusting to society: walk around in a giant fish mascot costume, you will fit right in in any crowd

talk to people: always speak in a mickey mouse voice, people love the mouse

get a job: become an alchemist and make some gold, job unnecessary
that sounds hard
When my boss is as weird as me.
Goood luck getting a good job with no priors hohoho

Yes surely jesus would want and reward me to destroy society, the rotten system that left people like me in the dust
I work at night so I don’t have to talk to anyone

No, he means it can be difficult getting a job if you have no job history. If you're a teenager, you should be ok though because it's understandable that teenagers "focus on their grades" in lieu of having a job.

Be comfortable with yourself. If you are weird, you're going to be weird in public and in front of other people. If you are aware of the weirdness, try to keep that to a minimum. Do you have tics or other strange movements? Maybe put your hands in your pocket or grab your other elbow with your hand to create more "stability" in your torso area. If you can't help it, you can't help it and that in and of itself should be accepted. Everyone has something different about them.

If you struggle to look people in the eye, maybe try practicing at home in the mirror and "have a conversation" with yourself. Then try with a friend or neighbor or cashier at a store. Make small talk. That can be difficult if you're not very social. Talk about the immediate; what you're buying, what you're looking at, where you are, and yes, even the weather. As boring as that can be, it is an old reliable ice breaker.

factory work is zen, as long as you're not getting passively exposed to toxic substances like lead for 12hrs.

mmm... heavy metals taste tingly...

but, yea, i would see if there's any entry-level stuff where you're not working with customers/clients directly. co-workers can be understanding, customers not so much. idk your circumstances, but just getting going at work could be the step you need to form some social bonds that may even extend outside of work. just remember to not let peer pressure get to you if someone's trying to get you to do something that might be dangerous or could risk your job.

good luck, OP and pls gib sauce

All you have to do is get a minimum wage job and invest part of your wages into junk silver. You can buy a silver dime for about 3 dollars, you can get a silver quarter for about 6 dollars. Get a minimum wage job and try to invest your wages into silver coins, because I truly believe they will skyrocket in value.

Lucky for me I work at a factory. I’m considered “Indirect Labor” so I don’t contribute to production or have quotas. But because of that I get paid salary and it’s an administrative position. Gotta love working in cubicles all day.

Edit: Playing Skyrim on my work computer as we speak.
