Standing vs sitting desk
What do you use when gaming?

I've read that sitting is detrimental to the body, even if you do cardio or HIIT everyday.

probably depends how you sit, but i've heard wonders about standing desks, especially since the 'vid and WFH became so huge. i use a cheap L-shaped one from amazon and it's alright. i've had some jank setups, though. random plastic saw horses with boards or just playing on the coffee table.
I wanna be comfy when I am pwning noobs.

treat yourself and get a motorized standing desk. goes back and forth whether you're gaming or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Well sometimes i play at the desk, sometimes I play at the couch, but if i'm using the arcade stick then i'm standing up.
It's called a fight stick.
i really want a standing desk at work but they are too cheap and wont buy me 1.. they said just stand up..
im like well if i stand up i cant even reach the keyboard so they said sit down then.
lol

standing desk for workshop. sitting desk for office
Lie down desk
I lie back on a recliner and look at my 8x 34” roof mounted 16k gaming screens.

That would be pretty sweet like what if you had one of those isolation water tanks and a waterproof controller and the whole ceiling is a big screen. Maximum immersion. Especially if there is surround sound in the tank.
Or just like a VR isolation tank or something. Sensory overload.
never liked the idea of standing desks. i get plenty of exercise and physical activity, so when i am sitting at my pc i want to be relaxed and lazy.
I have a feeling my body will break down once I hit 35 years old. I would need to sit down:
