I can't think of any recent ones.

Maybe they're having trouble coming up with new material, since string theory is mostly discredited now.

I prefer historical docs. It's a bit annoying when people think you're talking about that stupid Indiana Jones movie (which I haven't seen).

That ignoring the fact that the ground there has risen two meters in recent years and volcanic gasses are breaking through the sea floor showing that the magma chamber is filled to the brim and ready to burst.
Gone be like drilling a hole to the champagne bottle cork. Think they have a death wish, considering millions of people living around there and even literally inside the crater.

Been rewatching the HBO series, From Earth to the Moon, hosted by Tom Hanks. It chronicles various aspects of the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs, from Kennedy's announcement speech to the final Apollo 17 mission.

It glosses over Apollo 13, showing more what was happening on the ground, since the events in the craft had already been covered by Hanks.

Incidentally, IMAX is selling pre-tickets for 30th anniversary showings of the Apollo 13 movie. I imagine Jim Lovell's passing is boosting interest.
