Ancient Chinese Medicine for Gamers
As a health coach who works gamers, I wanted to share some Traditional Chinese Medicine principles for gamers.

Morning Ginger Tea Protocol - Start every gaming session with fresh ginger tea. Boosts metabolism by 10-12% and improves insulin sensitivity. Critical when you're sitting for 8+ hours.

Visual Portion Control - Use smaller bowls and plates for ALL meals. This tricks your satiety hormones and reduces caloric intake by 20-30% without feeling deprived.

Daily 15-Min Qigong - Ancient movement that targets the core and improves posture. Do it between gaming sessions - your back will thank you.

Post-Meal Pu-erh Tea - Drink this after your largest meals. Studies show it blocks dietary fat absorption and improves lipid metabolism. Essential if you're ordering takeout regularly.

Add Bitter Foods Daily - Bitter melon, arugula, dandelion greens. These stimulate bile production = better fat digestion.

The 100-Step Rule - After every meal, walk around your house/apartment for 100 steps minimum. Prevents blood sugar spikes and keeps metabolism active.

Warm Foods Only - Stop drinking ice-cold everything. Room temperature or warm foods/drinks optimize digestive enzyme function. Better digestion = better nutrient absorption = less cravings.

These methods work synergistically with the gaming lifestyle.

I can get everything i need elsewhere, but thanks for the suggestions
I don't know about the rest, but I will say that Qigong is a legit workout. You wouldn't think it is with how slow and fluid the movements are, but after 15 minutes I was actually shaking from the muscle strain.

Check out shaolin Kung Fu by Shifu Yan Lei if you really want a challenge.

I implement spinal mobility into my regime daily.

Lower back pain is very common in the west.
Don't do this. Delete this thread immediately!!

There is a terrible trend in which people can now declare themselves a "online health bullshidder" with absolutely nothing to back it up and do great harm to other people just because they like playing with a phone.

No. OP. You are not a licensed/insured professional trainer. No professional would post this rubbish. Furthermore, a true professional would never post specifics- for that, one charges a white collar professional rate- at least in the hundreds of dollars per hour. At least!

No. You have described yourself as a link DHJ- but this time your copy and paste routine is risking harm to others. Take it down if you are even a slightly decent person.

Another reason to know that you are not a professional is that a true professional had enough to lose to fear lawsuits. Yes, the insurance company might pay out once or twice- but if they determine that one is deliberately acting irresponsibly- well... have fun living in the sewer!

OP: I have gotten on you in the past about needing to stop posting and get a job- and backed off for a while. This kind of potentially dangerous post is proof that you either are reckless or a kid getting his bills payed by mommy.

Either way, it's just wrong. Stop it!

Ancient Chinese medicine believes grinding up and consuming dinosaur fossils will give them an erection. Ancient Chinese medicine is the leading market for rhinos being hunted to near extinction for their horn.
Thinking that gamers have self-discipline to do all that - minus 100 social score.
