If only more mods were more conversational and moderatey(you can and should convince people to adjust their behavior and allow them to correct it instead of applying warnings or bans the moment they're even a smidgeon out of line). The old mods let people know they were in potential trouble and gave at least a tiny window to fix things instead of suddently and mysterious being in trouble and then having to make a ticket to figure out why.
But thats just my opinion, except everyone on both sides would be happier.
