I kind of have to withhold judgement on this one, mostly just because we can not see what happened inside of the restaurant which lead up to their arrest. Who is in the right in this situation is largely pendant on if the girls were violating any laws or not. Invoking authority against an undue arrest is one thing, but invoking authority for special treatment above and beyond what an ordinary citizen gets is another. Maybe if the restaurateur comes up with a statement we can make an assertion.
