i forever curse steven spielberg for popularising the featherless dino look. to be fair to him, it was not fully confirmed that many dinosaurs HAD feathers back then so he was just working with the information at the time, but featherless dinos still appear far more frequently in media and it makes me sad.
feathered dinos are both more scientifically accurate AND look way cooler.
