Why cold weather makes me feel sad for some reason?
Every year and the cold weather comes. It makes me sadder and at those times i also often see people have the biggest changes

Actually it makes me feel good and crisp.

I'd rather be slightly cold in bed than too hot.

its the sadness that ruins bleak weather for me. if others weren't around to experience the rain it would be bliss

Sunlight lets our body know to release serotonin so that might be it. There’s also a disorder called SAD (seasonal affective disorder) which is also something more severe. Personally I like the winter and rain cus it feels calmer and relaxing.
