TRON: Ares
The third chapter in the Tron franchise grossed a pitiful $33 million domestic in its opening weekend, and only $27 million overseas. That adds up to a pathetic $60.5 million global opening for a movie that reportedly cost close to $300 million to produce and promote.

Just to break even, Tron: Ares would have to gross at least $500 million worldwide, this flop will be lucky to gross $150 to $200 million.

Another flop from the woke grooming syndicate at DISNEY.

I don't look at anything Disney anymore. I haven't for a long time.

It is actually a pretty good movie...
Disney.
We need money despite having billions of dollars.

Disney didn’t just ruin ares, it turned tron into a series of fart noises and destroyed it forever. Ares looks like a boring pile of nothing on screen, and the soundtrack by Nine Inch Nails sounds like it’s made up entirely of electronic fart noises played in various tones.

Seen the movie and surprisingly there was nothing woke about the story. No political b/s. They added a random Asian woman to be CEO of Encom but the internet overeacted with the whole 'girlboss' thing even though she doesn't spout political nonsense and doesn't punch above her weight like modern female girlboss and fittingly for Disney, Leto is the typical knight in shining rgb armour that saves her.
They completely ignored the previous film where Sam gives Alan chairman of the board and for some reason the Dillinger family has access to their own digital frontier and lasers.
Soundtrack is a bit loud in places it doesn't need to be.
The only thing was they advertised it as a Tron movie and not a story from the Tron universe. Would have been better to just call it 'Ares' as 'Tron' isn't even in the movie.

Jared Leto is overrated. There, I said it.
I'm looking forward to watching this when it hits D+. I don't expect quality writing or acting or any of that ♥♥♥♥. It would be idiotic to expect it after the last two films in the series. I expect it to look and sound cool as hell.
