Peoples having 50 shades of knives and swords in bad parts of London is the problem.

Poverty makes people desperate and as I've explained a few times before, London has a particularly high rate of on-the-streets homelessness among major cities in the first world. The highest of which I am aware, although I have only checked a handful of cities.

It has always been 'dangerous' depends what is going on too.

You get somebody needing to pay a debt off to violent people it does not matter where they are they may become dangerous in their pursuit of paying off that debt.

You get somebody bit unstable wanting to make bit of a name of themselves on a Saturday night anybody anywhere can be their victim of violence.

You a professional gardener and you pick a weed out that turns out was a 'favourite shrubbery' of Mrs Mittens and you are going to be on the receiving end of her wrath and her son Jimmy Bob.

If you mean in terms of gangs and so on.
Boredom and social media.
There is little the government / community does to really promote 'this is your part in this world' so you get people with big mouths and little sense swaying people without real direction.

This guys is being blind to the situation, it's not even about racism all races cause problems when they can't afford ♥♥♥♥ or lives in complete misery, plus who the ♥♥♥♥ cares whose race is what stopping crimes is what matters first, expulsions second if needed or whatever the hell they'd do anyways.
