like adults who purposely and continously seek out to "befriend" minors or those parents who curate a social media presence for their child with progressively more questionable content
I'll never understand parents that just let their kids roam free on the internet with no supervision or parental controls uwu

At first i thought the word was related to the upkeep needed on trees so they grown in specific ways? But lately is only used in the way you mean which now that i think about it the metaphor makes sense. Awful stuff.

I do this. Its a lot of fun to see them grow into the directions you want. I use bamboo and hemp twine to guide and correct them, along with light deprivation at times to redirect their energy.

Not just this. Roughly 70% of the time, I see you talking about people or getting into arguments. Don't get me wrong. I don't like some users either, including the said "groomers", but there are so many other things to talk about. Even if you don't realise it, you're willingly stressing yourself because of strangers on the internet who usually have no impact on your life outside the internet.

Even if they AREN'T grooming, even if there's no malicious intent, an adult having a close friendship with a minor when they aren't family creeps me out.
