"The Strawman Fallacy" is not a fallacy
People really are that dumb. There needs to be a new Poe's Law where if someone says something unspeakably stupid, you can bet your ass that they have never been more serious about anything else in their lives.

not really, people may be speaking out of their ass concerning some topics while they may be experts on others.

How is not a fallacy? Trolls, and especially government aligned ones, use it intentionally all the time.
