Toast sandwich.
UK- Chinese or Indian takeaway.
Pho. Though I am not Vietnamese I really enjoy that dish. It’s beef broth mixed with brisket, pork, meatballs, and of course, noodles.
Well, being American there's just too many to choose from. We have burgers and pizza

Hamburgers are from Germany and pizza is from Italy. Keep spreading false information and I’ll serve you some bacon and pineapple pizza… which originated from Canada.

Germany might have invented the burger, but America invented the double cheeseburger:

Bob Wian is credited with inventing the double-deck cheeseburger in 1938 at his Bob's Big Boy restaurant in Glendale, California, featuring two patties, cheese, and an extra bun to separate the layers. Wian developed this version after high schoolers requested something different, leading to the creation of the unique, three-part bun structure that became the signature of Bob's Big Boy.

That’s like saying Chick-Fil-A was the first one to make the chicken sandwich.

In all seriousness I’m just poking fun at you. I gotcha. And that’s quite the fun fact.

Technically its roman/german, but it gained popularity here in the states during the great depression and second world war.

Branston pickle has to be my favorite English food.

Though, I've never had a proper shepherd's pie.
I showed Branston pickle to some American friends I had over, they thought it was a jar of rancid rotten food lol.
