The thing that makes Skyrim so great is how it's all about racism. It's hard to find that in other games.

Not such a big open world, but large mission zones for doing side quests and advancing story, with any gameplay style you want.

I've got these all these people trapped in the 2010's for some reason. It's like a time-bubble here; they can never escape.
2020 ain't got nothing on me.

So far there is :

Deus Ex a mega famous / infamous game that is not like Skyrim but not found anybody who hates it.

Witcher 3 another great game but one I have not played....yet.

Fallout 4 - I'm happy at staying at New Vegas but Fallout 4 I am sure there are people who play and liked it.

Baldurs Gate 3- legendary status and not played it yet.

These games are superior to Skyrim in OT's views.
That does not make Skyrim the dreadful trash of a game so many people shout that it is.

Maybe there will be more suggestions.

How about Elden Ring? It's pretty darn great.

And it should be a better game considering how much newer it is to Skyrim.
As other games mentioned here with exception to Deus Ex and NEw Vegas.

Back in the 80s there was Super MArio Bros at the arcade (85/86 according to quick look on Wiki) now add 5 years onto that and you got Street Fighter 2.
Different genre type of game but the complexity is huge.
Final Fights came out in 89.
Contra in 89.

So it should get surpassed by other games.

This does not make Skyrim a terrible game that is a whole lot of trash that people keep chanting on these forums.

You should look at it this way:
The game was released in 2011. If people are still chanting about it, 14 years later... It doesn't matter if they think it's good or bad, they still talk about it. That speaks volumes.

Also, these people who speak poorly of your game? Do you think they know something about your game? Of course not. They're absolute noobs who didn't even put 10,000 hours into it. Their opinion is invalidated.
