That mans soul is being tortured.
I left appalachia to marry my highschool sweetheart in canada, thinking id find better opportunitys.
Highest taxes in atlantic canada, cant get medical help when I need it (been suffering from hyperparathyroidism going on 6 years now), got screwed hard on my work injury, like if it wasnt possible why lie and manipulate my words like they did.
All I want to do now is go back. My family has been here since pretty much the start, was part of the fabric that makes up america.
I used to think people made their own destiny, but sometimes I wonder if this wasnt supposed to happen to me, a lesson to be learned.
America may have a idiot running it, but that doesnt change who we are as a people. I just wish more folks had the courage to stand up and tell others what they really think.
But they dont, so people keep going with the status quo, no one to really blame but ourselves, I guess.
Other countries of America are fine.
They probably will receive you with open arms, and not treat you like a threat.
have a nice flight and a great day
