what happens if the reset button becomes stuck?

because if events play out and someone presses the reset then they will press it again thinking its the first time this is asked

My best friend was suicidal once but got over it because he was scared he might end up in a worse life.

Imagine some parts of the world, Places like America and New Zealand are paradises in comparison.
