the people who do that are usually a drop point for something illegal and actively chasing customers away with this phrase.
the issue isn't their sidebusiness, it's that their phrase usage is casually informing me. I don't think I want to stand in this store for very long, something could happen.
plus why're they reminding me that they cost me money? if they ♥♥♥♥ me over I can't fire them; they throw me out of the store instead. why remind me of this?
if they're doing this on their own, they're taking the store's rep for themselves. what kind of store lets a worker screw their rep like that?
