preferences:
-easy language for english speaker (or just english country)
-warm climate
-low cost o' livin' , im poor :(

It seems early to start the planning just in case Reform get elected in a few years time, they have plenty of time to implode after they expose their true colours again and lose all but the hardcore bigots as supporters.

Spain sounds like the place to go honestly. It's probably the warmest place in Europe, Spanish is supposed to be one of the easiest languages to learn and the second most frequently spoken language and the estimated cost of living is 723 euro[www.numbeo.com]. Though last I checked Spain had its own craziness going on...

Though maybe I'd advise not being so concerned with the cost of living. Your start might be a bit rockier, but wherever you are in the world, the lower class jobs have to at least provide enough for an individual to survive, and if you go to a higher cost of living area, you'll be earning more relative to low cost areas. It makes more sense to start life in a high cost of living region, then retire in a low cost of living region where your proportionate savings can stretch out farther when you move elsewhere.
