Offline Sand-Boxed Non-Storied Mode Anyone?
Where is it today? And I mean visually stunning with all the usual visual charm that we have today.

And I mean without third-party launchers constantly checking in and scrubbing you.

It’s not my fault as a paying customer that someone else just flat out pirated your game. I shouldn’t have to suffer for that.

So here’s my money. Now who do I give that to in order to play this how I want to?

Really depends on the kind of game you're looking for, how you define "sandbox," and what your verdict for "visually stunning" is. The Long Dark (w/o the story DLC), BeamNG, Juno: New Origins (if you don't do career mode), Space Engineers, Besiege, 7 Days to Die (though I don't know if that requires an internet connection or not)... there's a lot of options out there that might or might not fit what you're looking for.
