Trump considering supplying Ukraine with long-range missiles, Vance says

The US is considering a request by Ukraine for long-range Tomahawk missiles, US Vice-President JD Vance has said.

After repeatedly expressing scepticism that Ukraine could continue to hold its own against Russia, last week Trump said Kyiv could "win all of Ukraine back in its original form", a shift that reportedly even surprised Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky.

The tide has turned on Russia and now US citizens are backing the Azov battalion and Ukraine armed forces to win back all of Ukraine.

That's good. Ukraine needs to have the ability to strike the Russian gas and oil pipelines.

They can't. That's why they ran to India to buy energy, and India is buying it from Russia. They're still buying it. If they could have given it up, they would have already.

As long as it isn't the latest technology, and they are paying for the weapons, I don't see a problem with it. Honestly not allowing them to strike deeper into Russia is like fighting with one hand tied behind their back. Obvious there needs to be a few restrictions, civilian areas, nuclear plants and the like, but Ukraine is developing it's own long range missiles for more questionable targets.
