Tom Cruise, every character, you just see Tom Cruise.

Keanu Reeves, his Johnny Silverhand, you actually see the character and not the actor.

I can admit, Tom Cruise is a good actor, especially when it comes to stunts. His dedication to mastering skills required for any role is aspiring, but that said, there's just something really off about him personally. And he's notoriously difficult to work with.

Keanu Reeves on the other hand is kind, respectful, considerate, humble and his reputation is incredibly positive. Not to mention generous and charitable. Keanu is consistently described by cast and crew members as easy to work with and he's taken pay-cuts on many occasions and even contributed his own money to fund a production and to ensure everyone else is paid well. He's dedicated to the craft as well, performs much of the stunts himself and in my opinion, the better actor.

I liked point break with Mr K. That's about it. Not much of a cruise fan, top gun was decent. Point break is better then top gun to me. So Mr K wins.
