One day maybe. Still, the possibilities are endless and I laughed so hard when I've seen that.
Technology is awesome
I don't think so, when you know the real face of the cinema industry. We had countless scandals, of powerfull guys in Hollywood using their position to lure young women with promisses of celebrity in exchange for sexual "favours", if not rape. You can't rape an AI.
The funny thing is, by trying to make more money, they can purge themselves of all the disgusting perverts attracted by these jobs. That's a good hunting spot for them about to disapear and I find it hillarious.
Who care about Hollywood at this point anyway ? I'll just watch the thing burn with some popcorns. :)
That's been a thing for about 40 years now my friend. The way they used to do it is they would hire a face actor, get him to practice mimicing your facial expressions by getting him to watch some videos of you, then have him talk, then frame by frame composite your face over his. They'd also get someone who was good at voice mimicry to do the same but for your speech.
Enough money and time and this was completely seamless, there would be no way to tell this from genuine footage.
I approve.
There was (or is?) already a website using this technology to make porn of people like streamers without their consent.
