I'm telling

bmi isn't a measure of structural mass coefficient. it's a median average based on half-starved 1970s british males who experienced intergenerational starvation less than two generations prior.

it's good to be the right weight for your frame and musculature, which often has a range of ideals depending on what you are trying to do at the moment.

the problem with bmi is that it doesn't even set reasonable limits for ai to guesswork inside of. it's simply an 'ideal number' they take on faith.

this feeds their larger issue distinguishing lowest common denominator from mean average, as well as socially conceptualizing themselves outsides of numerical averages at all.

Nope, it's not, move more, eat better. Your health is important.

Even going over 200 is crazy for most people. I'm extremely tall and rarely go over 200

Weight can also come from stress you know ? Not sleeping enough too (as it tend to mess with your insulin production). It's way more complex than just eating less. You should talk to a doctor about it if it's worrying you.

yepp, because some medication can slow down the metabolism hardly.

and with the other factors like stress, false eating and so on its exactly that.

If you're taking care of your health, it's ok

its basicly i take medication -> im more relaxed -> im eating more, thats the problem i guess too

Yup, I see the loop you're in. Well, you can try to eat more slowly at first and food that tend to gain more size in your stomac, to feel satiated sooner and eat less as a result. Avoid eating between lunches too, very bad habit. You can also priviledge freezed food instead of cans, it tend to be of better quality for vegetables and so on.

There is a lot of little tricks to use and, I fear, no simple solution. But it's worth the effort I think.
