EMF Radiation
The spotlight typically is on radiated as opposed to conducted RF. Not like anyone is walking around with a $50k+ multimeter, spectrometer, or oscilloscope taking readings. Even so, the scientists go with non-ionizing ELF is acceptable. So wear an iHeadband as soon as apple releases it and sleep next to power outlets. :steamthumbsup:

it's the LED headlights situation again. what you really need is a local emf generator tuned to your desired frequency spectrum, and which edges out and harmonizes rogue or poorly maintained units of a similar type in the neighborhood.

the second part is a controlled technology in the forms which deflate economic domination schema(s,) otherwise the spotlight problem wouldn't apply.
