Just do whatever you want, that's what I do.

Depends on the value of the people you work for and the company.

And what you have in capacity to survive.

The issue of quitting a job is that you have to socialize with people nobody wants to deal with since you're selling your body and visual representation.

Them can find anyone with knowledge but then can't dress them in pretty clothes. The average person is stupid no matter we want to pretend it to not be the case, them may been good at one thing but has flaws in everything else.

Most people are like an empty glass who are looking for things to fill with.

If you're pretty you can quit any time since you can sell yourself every time. If you not , you'll need friends and family as only a mother could love you.

As well we are the ones who support the society and shouldn't try to save companies who aren't meant to be saved. The worktask need to have a purpose in the society for otherwise you have become a wage slave who is only hired to make them richer at using institutes to pay them for having you employed.

Majority of the society doesn't support or has a meaningful purpose but it's one thing to work for someone and to be exploited.

Companies are abandoned most of the time since it was never in practice working.

A majority of the companies start to expand themselves.

Take example of ubisoft or fastfood companies, them not expanding to provide services since as we know ubisoft hasn't provided anything of value. Yet them do since the France government uses the company to dispose the unwanted and why so many oddballs works at ubisoft.

Private companies don't franchise their companies with the same name since it be like placing all eggs in one basket.

Quitting a job looks bad and the domino is that you don't know who owns the companies. There is no reason for you to quit the job as your contract expire.

When that day comes, the contract expire but the employer may auto-sign the contract.

Them don't own the contract since you never signed it but them still going to believe them own you that you are in a hamster wheel that when that day comes them going to confused call you and ask why not at work.

You telling them that your contract has expired. This doesn't work in their brain. To them you are a soul them own and them fighting to own souls that the only way is to start a private shell company and telling them that you been hired at X

What does X do? Who knows and who cares but if you quit on your own it's going to be written down. Just like it's written how many vacation days you use each year, this information is pread to all companies but them have no control over shell companies as there is nothing there.

May I ask what is your job, OP? Regardless on what job it is you need money to survive. Once your stomach starts to growl it would be a reality check.

There are 2 things that are the upmost important to me. Food and a roof over my head. Those are the foundation of life.
